Local

Floyd County has a rapidly growing population nearing 100,000 close to 86% unchurched.  At our back door is a mission field we simply cannot afford to avoid.  Over the next three years it will be part of our mission strategy to make inroads into the lostness of our county.

Regional

Lostness abounds throughout the southeast as well as our nation at large. Through prayer, giving, and partnering with NAMB and other churches, Sherwood will seek to spread and advance the gospel.  

Global

The mandate given by our Lord to GO to the nations is one Sherwood takes seriously.  As our momentum gains through our local ministry, our expectation is to see mission teams assembled and mobilized.   

Every believer is a witness and has the great opportunity of advancing the gospel to the world.
